Obituary of Douglas R Egan
Passed away April 10, 2021 peacefully of cancer at the VA Hospital in Portland, Oregon. He was born in Eugene, Oregon. He was the second of 3 children born to Carroll and Mattie Rauch. He graduated from Lake Oswego High School, after which, he joined the U.S. Navy in 1970 and served in the Vietnam War.
He enjoyed riding motorcycles, golfing, the beach and walks.
Doug was preceded in death by his father Carroll.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Pattie; Mother Mattie; siblings Elaine (Tim), Mark (Lisa); sisters-in-law Maureen (Curt), Colleen (Howard); and many nephews, nieces and several lifelong friends.
