In Loving Memory of Vesta Marie Anderson
Vesta Marie Anderson passed away peacefully at her home in Oregon City on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at the age of 82. Vesta was born on July 2, 1938 in Fortuna California to Thorolf and Dovie Anderson. Vesta is survived by her sister, Thorene Anderson, her four daughters, Lori Bearg, Carrie Boldt and husband Michael, Julie Whitfield and husband Earl and Jayleen Driscoll, as well as 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and many more family and friends.
Vesta attended Parkrose High school. She then worked at the phone company for many years until retirement. She loved the outdoors, sunshine, camping and the Oregon Coast. She loved crafting and cooking and spending time with family. She is known for her “Family Fun Day” event at Christmas time to bring all of her family and friends together to eat, play games, spend time with one another and exchange homemade ornaments. Vesta was smart, funny and witty. She was so generous, cared deeply and loved with her whole heart. She will be greatly missed.
