I often told my Mom she was a SAINT! She did such a GREAT job with Brian. I admire her so much for that!
OH...BTW. Mom did not die of COVID. She was tested several times and that was not at all at play here.
This brings me massive comfort. I am sharing this, in case it might bring comfort to someone else as well~

As I entered into your apartment today to clean out your fridge and collect your mail, I cried because you weren't there to greet me in your cheery way. Your apartment is empty and my heart is too. Sharlene, a treasured friend, who loved deeply and completely. I have such fond memories of our 40+ years of friendship. We saw each other through good times and some tough times; marriage, divorce, bible study, weight watchers, trips to Mexico, my first trip to Disneyland and regular trips to the Original Taco House for our tostado regulario!. We shared clothes, we shared jewelry, we shared stuff. Shar was a friend to lean on, and an encourager who always saw the best. I always said you would need a wheelbarrow to carry the jewels in your crown; wear it proudly, you have earned it and you deserve it. Shar, you were amazing with such a kind, giving and forgiving spirit. You will always be in my heart and I will treasure our memories forever. Can't wait to join you - rest well, my friend until we meet again! XOXOXO
