Obituary of Roxanne Jill Manning
Roxanne Manning found eternal peace on 11/10/2020. She was born 8/22/1967 in Green Bay, WI, the youngest of six children to Richard and Frances Manning.
Roxanne was a chef in her early adulthood, and was honored for her skills in an article in Bon Appetit magazine. Later in her life she found and brought joy as a C.N.A. to people in nursing home and hospital settings.
Roxanne found pleasure in container gardening and bird watching - her favorite being hummingbirds. She was a proud, avid Green Bay Packers fan.
Roxanne's smile, kindness, and sense of humor will live on in the hearts of many, including her siblings: Rick, Renee, and Rita; very good friends Cecilia and Vince; and all their family members.

Roxanne will be greatly missed as she was always cherished as the "baby" of the family.
