Obituary of Jean Anne Vanway
Jean Anne Vanway, 74, of Newberg, Oregon passed away on 10/05/2020.
Jean was born in Kissimmee, Florida to, Louis and Woodrow Noble. Jean was born with a twin sister, Joan who sadly passed away in 2010.
Jean graduated from Paxon senior high school in Jacksonville, Florida. She later went on to meet and marry the love of her life, Richard Vanway.
Earlier in life, Jean had done a lot of volunteer work at the Veterans hospital in which she would go and help out with by beverages and entertainment. Jean had also been a long time member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW).
Jean loved to cook at the holidays, especially at Christmas which was her favorite holiday. So at Christmas dinner you could always expect to find enough food to feed an army.
Throughout Jeans life she was so many things. She was a daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great mother, aunt and friend to so many. She always opened her home and her heart to everyone. Jean primarily spent her life taking care of others that she sometimes forgot to take care of herself.
Jean is going to be truly missed by so many as her presence and her smile alone was always enough to brighten the room and make someone's day better.
Jean is survived by her two children Elizabeth Wooten, Richard Vanway 11. Her grandchildren Jessica, Michael, Megan and Jedi. And one great grandchild Liam. Jean also leaves behind two siblings Grace Noble and Wayne Noble both of Jacksonville, Florida. Jean has several nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
Jean has family that has preceded her in death which are her husband Richard Vanway, her parents Louis and Woodrow Noble, her siblings Lewis, Gary, Joseph Noble and Joan Inglett.
Crown Memorial in Tualatin, Oregon is handling all the final arrangements for Jean as Jeans last wish was to be cremated and her ashes be reunited with her husband Richard.
