It Is with Great Sadness that the family of Ernest D. Pine Announce His passing
Ernest Dale Pine, 80 of Portland Oregon passed away September 5, 2020
He was born August 9, 1940 in Berryville, Arkansas to Evelyn Springer and Joseph Pine
Ernest was a beloved friend, father,grandfather and great grandfather
He was a FN USN Private Battery B, 189th Field Artilery Batalion from
September 5 1957 - August 8, 1961
He married his late wife Laura Jane Hubbard October 17, 1961 in Colorado.
Together they had 3 children David Pine, Paula Neal, Dennis Pine, all of Portland,
From that he has three grandsons, Gavin, Stephen, and Austin,
and one great grandson, Greyson.
Ernest was a General Journeyman Electrician with Friberg Electric.
Ernest had a Infectious Laugh, a firm hand shake and the best Bear hug ever
He will be greatly missed.

Ernest was laid to rest at Willamette National Cemetery September 17, 2020
