Obituary of Sheldon Warren Ainslie
Sheldon was born in Moscow, Idaho and moved shortly after to Portland, Oregon with his parents Windle and Edna (Reed) and siblings Coln and Cleo. He married Christine "Teena" Klawa in 1949 and together they had four chldren; Randall (Patricia), Pamela, Michael (Karen), Douglas (Rhande). In 1984 he married Norma King, adding her children; Jeff, Mark (Creslyn), Brad (Cynthia), Kelli (Don) to the familly. Sheldon graduated from Lewis & Clark College and afterward spent many years working in printing and advertising. From 1970- 1989 he was founder and CEO of Graphics Seattle before retiring. Sheldon was a loving father to his children and well loved by his 15 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. His favorite thing to ask them was, "How is your world?". Sheldon lived life well in every season, ending in the serenity of his creekside home. He will be deeply missed. Burial will be at Willamette National Cemetery this summer. A Memorial gathering will be at a later time.
