Obituary of Jack Clement

Jackie Clement

March 21, 1945 – May 16, 2020

Jack Clement of Milwaukie passed away Saturday, May 16th at age 75 – after a five-month illness.

He did not pass from the COVID-19 Virus.

There were so may issues but he was unable to be seen – the last was cancer in his neck.

He served our country in the US Coast Guard. 

The job he enjoyed the most was at Metro Paint.  After his retirement, he was a “special needs” school bus driver for the Gladstone School District.

Jack is survived by his wife of 27 years, Marcia, daughter Holly Gray (Jeff), Battle Ground, WA, son, Spencer Clement Vancouver, Canada, step-daughters Vicky Hager (Bill) Milwaukie, OR,  Kandy Uhacz (Kerry) Vancouver, WA, Laura Payne (Mark) Yacolt, WA,  step-son David Thompson (Michelle) Vancouver, WA, 19 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great- grandchild, very special nieces and nephews from California and Texas, Dearest Cousin Shirley La Casse and her family, Boise, ID and California.  He was preceded in death by Mother Doris Ellis, brother Rod Clement, stepson Randy Garr, and stepdaughter Deb Hergenrader.

He will be missed by so many friends and family.

There will be a small service at Willamette National Cemetery in August (if the virus allows) and a get together later – to be announced.
