Jacqueline Lee Gentry, 72 years, passed away on Saturday May 2, 2020.
She was born on Thursday February 26, 1948 in Wichita, Kansas.
Jackie worked at Willamette Valley Rehab Center in Lebanon for 22 years. She is survived by her partner Tonya Kittson, son Arthur Barber, daughter Leann Gatske (deceased), daughter-in-law Denise, 5 grandchildren Samuel, Erin, Ashley, Emma, Jessica and 1 great grandchild Sophie. Her big and generous heart will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date.
