Obituary of Nellie Mogene McConnell
Nellie Mogene McConnell, born in Rome, Georgia on January 28, 1947, and left this world to be our Angel on December 5, 2009. She is survived by her loving husband Gary Edward McConnell, Sr., married 46 ½ years, a wonderful sister Cheri Martin, sister Ann Yarbrough, brother Dennis Boyd and sister Tinsy. She has three beautiful children, Gary Edward McConnell, Jr. and wife Tammy, Michael Anthony McConnell and wife cindy and daughter Letricia Lynn McConnell. She was blessed with 10 grandchildren Ashley Earley, Alisha Plumb, Amber McConnell, Michael James McConnell, Arielle Riley, Tiffany McConnell, Cameron McConnell, Caitlin McConnell, Alyssa Schultz and Madison Schultz, fiance’s to some, Tyler Gamwell, Adam Smith and Kyle Marshall. Also 5 great grandchildren including Alyssa Markov, McKenzie McKnight, Lillian Bates, Morgan Gamwell and a very special niece and dear friend who meant a lot to her, Karen Naylor.
