Obituary of Eileen LaPierre
Eileen LaPierre of Albany, OR passed away in the afternoon hours of November 29, 2009 at the age of 76. She was born in Jersey City, NJ on June 10, 1933 to Christopher and Anna Timmins. She was raised in New York, graduated with an Associates of Sociology degree from San Diego State University and enjoyed Albany, OR for the last twenty years. Eileen was retired from waitressing. She was known to be very articulate. She loved reading, theology, and history, especially Egyptian history. She enjoyed book clubs where she could discuss her reading and ideas. Eileen will be greatly missed by friends and family. Eileen is survived by her son, John and his wife Mary of Salem; daughter, Janet and her husband Dannyof California; son, Douglas and his wife Jamie of Arizona; sister, Marilyn Baldwin of California; Grandchildren, Dale, Joshua, Shannon and Sean; and great-grandchildren, Madison and Reneé; and partner of 30 years William Farley of Albany, OR. A private family memorial will be held. Arrangements entrusted to Crown Memorial Center – Salem.
