Obituary of Donna Anderson
Donna Lee Anderson was born September 22, 1933 in Portland to Earl and Valetta (Talbott) Willson.
She was a hairdresser at first, but that was to pay the bills and raise her kids. Her real passion was working with children as a child care specialist in a pre-school. To relax, she did quilting, needle point, cross stitch and sewing.
Donna is survived by her lifelong companion, Helen Wand of Gresham, son; Martin Anderson of Milwaukie, OR, daughters; Linda Anderson of Gresham and Terri Johsen of Gasten, OR, plus 7 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Donna was preceded in death by her father, mother and her loving stepfather, Joseph Lassier.
A memorial service is planned for Saturday, May 19, 2012 at 11 am at the Corbett Community Church. Memorial contributions in her name may be given to Kaiser Hospice and/or the Troutdale Historical Society.
