Obituary of Joseph Randell Works
Joseph R. Works was born on August 17, 1941 to parents Joseph S. Works and Ethel L. Carpenter in Portland, Oregon. He was raised in Oregon and was a resident of Molalla, OR. Joseph was a journeyman plumber and retired after 47 years of being a member of UA Local 290 Plumbers. He married Lorraine M. Wise on January 12, 1979 in Molalla, Oregon. Joseph passed away on April 18, 2012. He is survived by his wife, Lorraine Works of Molalla, OR; son Joseph Works and his wife Maria of Soldotna, AK; daughter Noreen Willingham of Damascus, OR; brother Roy Works and his wife Jackie of Gladstone, OR; grandson Joseph A. Works of Soldotna, AK; grandson Christopher Works of Soldotna, AK; grandson Joseph Alexander of Portland, OR; grandson James Willingham of Oregon City, OR; Wendy Dominguez of Damascus, OR; former spouse Linda Ptolemy of Rogue River, OR; 3 nieces and one nephew. He is preceded in death by his parents; sister Sharron Weitzel and his daughter Deborah L. Bruning AKA Yeidi Alfarro. At his request there will be no service.
