Obituary of Dana Winge Allison
Lifelong Portland area resident, Dana passed away on April 9. Dana was born to Thomas and Billie Winge on June 9, 1957. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Portland State University and did advanced studies at Columbia University in New York. Dana was a writer, poet and educator.
Dana is survived by her daughter, Charlotte Holley of Oak Park, IL; sisters, Robin Winge (Michael Dinges) of Oak Park, IL and Leslie Hobbs (Mitchell) of Issaquah, WA.
Please join us for a memorial service, celebrating the life of Dana Winge Allison, on Friday, June 15, 2012 at 4:00 pm, at Oaks Pioneer Church, 455 S.E. Spokane in the historic Sellwood District.
A casual reception will follow immediately at A Cena Ristorante, 742 S.E. 13th Avenue.
