A special thanks goes out to Providence Hospice, Compassion and Choices and Milwaukie Convalescent center, all of whom provided care and comfort during Kathy’s final days. A memorial service for Kathy will be held Friday, April 27th at 3:00pm at Crown Memorial Center 17064 SE McLoughlin Blvd., Milwaukie, Oregon.
