Judie was born in Joplin, Missouri to parents Leonard and Hazel Lee on July 22, 1939 and passed away in Milwaukie, Oregon on April 8, 2012. She is survived by her daughters; Deborah Conner and Julia Oliveira; sons: James Provence, Michael Provence and Jordan Oliveira; sister Glenda Thomason; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband Frank and her brother James Lee.
