Survivors include his wife, Sheryl; son, James; daughter from a previous marriage, Aura and her husband, Jordan; step-children, Nicholas, Casey, Trevor and Alicia; sisters, Ruth and her husband, Denny, Sonja and her husband, Bill; niece Mariah; and nephew Forrest.
