Phillip Columbkill Bengard passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at his home in Portland, OR.
A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, January 27, 2012 at 2 pm at Willamette National Cemetery on Mt. Scott in SE Portland. A reception will be at his daughter's home in Vancouver, WA. There will be more here on his life in the coming days.
