Kay Andrew Lackner was born March 3, 1934 in Miles City, MT and passed away January 12, 2012 in Oregon City, OR. He is survived by his wife Flo, daughter Enola, son Richard, 3 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his sons Ronald and John. A memorial service will be held later this spring.
