Obituary of Julie Anne Bailey
She was born to the late Barbara and Byron Needham, February 6, 1949, in Los Angeles CA. She graduated from Cresenta Valley High School in 1967. In 1968, she met Patrick Bailey and they married January 17, 1969. They lived and raised their family together in California, before relocating to Oregon in 2009.
Julie was a devoted stay at home mother and loved spending as much time with her family as possible. An entrepreneur at heart, Julie had many aspirations and dreams. She loved to be creative and had a knack for the arts. She was amazing, funny, loyal, loving, dedicated, and strong. She truly believed that you could be anything you set your mind to be and for the most part, she was everything and more.
Julie is survived by her husband Patrick Bailey and her four children: Kevin Bailey, Brian Bailey, Tracy Coghlan and Timothy Bailey. She also is survived by five grandchildren.

Her family will be spreading her ashes at a later date.
