Pop, Now, why on earth did I start calling you that? Oh, yeah! You got my kids and me hooked on Charlie Chan and his son was always calling him 'Pop.' I already miss you so much. I miss the zingers you send when we left you an opportunity, so common place in our life that not hearing them is strongly felt. I am forever grateful when I didn't follow your advice and things ended badly for me and I told you "you can say 'I told you so' now" and you replied "No. I think you learned your lesson." Love you, Barb

I find the memories and things we did just flowing like a movie through my mind. We did so much together. Although we were separated by almost 7 years I don't believe it ever showed or anyone knew. You were always there for me. Say hi to everyone for as you stand free with them again.

Dear Ed I miss you so much. I am very glad that I was able to spend the day with you in the hospital on Christmas eve while Dar was working on getting you home. It was fun watching the movie "Secraterate" with you. I was impressed with how much you knew about the horses. I had fun discussing the movie with you afterwards. I am so glad that I was able to get to know you and the side comments you made once in awhile made me laugh. You are in a better place now and pain free Love and miss you lots! This year in 2012 I will be walking the Relay for Life in your memory at Willamette Park! Sandy

Dear Ed, First I considered lighting a red candle to remember Christ's blood that was shed for us. Then it occurred to me that a white candle represents purity. It is because of Christ that we can can be reconciled to God. Now your robes are whiter than snow and you are sealed for all eternity. I will miss you, but your legacy lives on through Darlene, Barbara, Christine, Mark and your grand children. You will never be forgotten.

Ed was a facebook friend of my sons, we played a lot of the same games. When he found out that Ed had cancer he was really upset and told me, "But Ed's the only one who sends me stuff! It's not fair!" I just wanted to let the family know that Ed was important in a little boys life for just being a game friend on facebook.
