Fred was born on August 29, 1932 and passed away in Portland, Oregon on December 27, 2011. Survivors include his wife Lois and their children Sharon, Frederick, Marcus, Tamara and Randall. A memorial service will be at Kern Park Christian Church on Saturday, December 31, 2011 at 11:00am.
