Obituary of Patsy Marie Brock
Patsy Marie Brock, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and thirty year resident of San Diego, passed away Friday evening, December 23, 2011, in the comfort of her home, surrounded by her family in Lake Oswego, Oregon.
Pat was born on September 19, 1942 in Roosevelt, Utah, the sixth daughter of Osa Geddes Hullinger and Jesse Enoch Hullinger.
Pat and husband, Clyde Vern Brock, recently celebrated their Golden Wedding Anniversary on November 21, 2011. Pat and Clyde were a couple from their first dance in the summer of 1960. Clyde’s NFL and CFL football career keep them on the move and made for a unique and entertaining lifestyle. From Regina, Saskatchewan they relocated to San Diego, where Pat established her career in residential development as a Purchasing Agent, and Design Consultant. Pat was well-educated and travelled extensively. She was an avid reader, talented pianist, family chef and tailgating Duck fan. They relocated to Lake Oswego, OR to be closer to their sons, daughter-in-law and grandchildren.
Pat will always be cherished by her husband, oldest son, Michael Brock of Snohomish, WA, her grandchildren Kendall Elizabeth and Matthew Jack, children of Jill Moore Brock and her youngest son, Matthew Brock of Portland, OR.
Pat’s extended family, including seven sisters and one brother, her friends, neighbors, and Oregon golfing and travel partners, have been blessed to have shared a life well lived.
The family will hold a memorial service and celebration of her life on January 15th at the Oswego Lake Country Club. Gift of condolence may be made to:
