Obituary of Robert Frank Purvis
Robert was born April 18th, 1934 in Oklahoma City, OK and passed away December 24th, 2011 at his home in Wilsonville, OR. He and his family moved to Oregon in 1948, and he spent the rest of his youth mainly in Coquille, OR, and graduated from Coquille High School. He and Darla Smith were joined in marriage on June 6th, 1953, and they went on to raise a family of one girl and two boys. He worked for many years in management in the automobile industry, and enjoyed golfing and fishing.
Robert is survived by his daughter Kelli Purvis and son Mike Purvis, both of Wilsonville, OR, and son Mitchell Purvis who resides in Texas. He is also survived by his brothers Don Purvis of Vancouver, WA and Lynn Purvis of Fremont, CA.
A Celebration of Life for Robert is being held at Crown Memorial Center - Milwaukie, located at 17064 SE McLoughlin Blvd., Milwaukie, OR 97267.
