Obituary of Gary L. Peterson
Gary died on November 14, 2011 in Portland.
Gary was not an easy man to live with. He was cantankerous and obnoxious at times, but he was also kind and generous too. There was also a side to him that those close to him knew about. His love of the outdoors, fishing at Napa in Big Creek, awards he won during his years at Madison High, how he excelled in baseball, football and wrestling as a fine athlete, the Associates Degree he achieved at Portland Community College, and his faith. Yes, Gary was a Christian.
Gary is survived by the love of his life, the woman he would do anything for if he could, his life partner; Lisa Darr, his sisters; Anita and Brenda, plus many friends who will miss the SOB.
Gary wasn’t an easy man to live with, but he was an easy man to love.
