Obituary of Jack Lloyd Lewis
Jack Lloyd Lewis passed away on November 27, 2011 at age 75.
Jack was born in Webb City, Missouri on October 13, 1936 to parents Henry & Grace Lewis.
Jack is survived by his wife, Pearl Lewis; children, Rita Hagen, Paul & Diane Lewis, Robert Lewis; seven grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by Clarence Henry Eugene Lewis, Frances Marion Lewis, Margie Ann Lagasse and John Edward Lewis.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held by the family at a later time.
