Obituary of Stephen Tod Vance
Stephen was born in Tacoma, Washington, at Madigan Army Hospital.He passed peacefully on April 25, 2019, at OHSU Hospital in Portland, Oregon at the age of 63.
Stephen is survived by his domestic partner, Jane West, of 19 years, his daughter Kerry Rae Vance/Miller, Jane's granddaughter Daisy Matson and many friends.
Stephen was predeceased by his parents Margo and Victor Vance and his brother Brian Vance.
Steve enjoyed racing cars, golf and traveling.He strived to be an entrepreneur and was always seeking a new opportunity.
In his earlier years Steve participated in several drum corps as an accomplished French horn player.
