Died October 23rd, 2021, Beaverton, Oregon
Blanche was born to Nicholas and Yvonne Stephan in Orleans, France as one of three children. She received her GED and was a talented seamstress and saleswoman. She married Billy Wade Overbey on December 12th, 1964 and had 3 children, Eric, Liz, and Nicholas. She went on to be a wonderful grandmother to Ashleigh, Michael, and Nicholas Jr. Blanche is survived by her siblings, her two oldest children, her nieces, her nephews, her grandchildren (both the biological ones and everyone who ever called her Gramma), her great-grandchild, and the many lives she touched throughout her years. In lieu of a service, her family will be having a small gathering amongst themselves to honor her memory.
